Martin Eyerer & Robert Babicz – Salsa Roja



After a 5-months break, Martin Eyerer & Robert Babicz come up with Salsa Roja, a really delicious feast for the ears!

You need: Tomatoes! Peel them, chop the onions and the garlic, and heat some oil in a deep pan. Add an easy-going groove! Put the onions and garlic into the hot oil, add some catchy bleeps and stir-fry until golden.
Add the tomatoes und sweat them for about 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Chop up the chilli and remove the seeds. Cut the chilli in thin strips and mix it with the tomatoes. Add some water if necessary. Let it simmer with some funky brass. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Put it all in a mixer and puree it. If you don’t have a mixer, press it through a sieve to puree.
